In a 100 MW AI data center, the IE5 grade induction motor driven cooling plant can quietly strand 15 MW of usable IT capacity.

Cool‑E™ rebuilds the cooling plant around 800 V DC‑native HaloDrive™ permanent magnet motors, SiC inverters, and PM‑specific control logic, cutting total cooling power from roughly 35 MW to 20 MW and redistributing about 15 MW from cooling infrastructure back to deployable IT load.

Simply swapping PM motors for IE5 induction and VFDs is only the starting point; the real gains come from re‑architecting the entire cooling drivetrain, controls, and electrical infrastructure around a DC‑native, magnetized platform.

100 MW data center. Same contracted power but 15 MW more IT.

Cool‑E™: simplified infrastructure, more IT capacity.

With nearly two years of development and 40 patents in the process, we're excited to deliver 800V DC native cooling when it matters most (shipping from Santa Rosa, CA in Q4 2026).
